This 44-day Kettlebell workout will challenge you both mentally and physically.  We will work all parts of the body to build up and strengthen our muscles.  A kettlebell is not required to sign up. You can use a dumbbell or just body weight for the workouts.   $40 and you'll receive daily workouts, coaching, and accountability by James Boler
