Train hard, be consistent, believe and finish strong!

This training cycle, we will focus on exercises that work the entire body. We will work the lower body, upper body, core, stretching, hips / mobility, foam rolling, and a group chat for accountability.   We will provide exercises that are key to running and fitness.  Dumbbells and bands will be used in a few of the exercises.
